Our Classes

Barre is an energetic workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga to tone, define and chisel the whole body by using light handheld weights. Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to blast fat.

Biker Barre begins with 45 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of barre. The cycle and barre workouts can be taken separately—or for a complete Biker Barre experience, back-to-back.

Perfect for athletes and yoga practitioners,
Flow Yoga is a Hatha-Vinyasa style class with elements of Power Yoga that increase flexibility, challenge your muscles and boost your body’s fluidity through a combination of poses and breathing practice. Yoga mats and blocks are supplied for all participants.

Keiser Cycling is a 45- or 60-minute, moderate- to high-intensity, no impact workout. The Keiser bikes monitor watts, RPMs, gears and heart rate if wearing a heart rate monitor. Our cycling studio is equipped with TVs for music videos and movie rides.

F60 is a 60-minute, full body, functional interval training class where we challenge your maximum heart rate through EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption).

Lift pushes your body to the limit with barbells, dumbbells, gliders, BOSU, physioballs and more. This group fitness class is designed to improve strength and burn calories through a total-body workout. LIFT offers new workout ideas and techniques to tone your body and motivate every class member.

Boot Camp is an interval training class focused on building strength and fitness through a variety of exercises. 

Body Pump is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit. This class uses a combination of motivational music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve optimal strength.

Knockout is a class that starts on the basketball court with a friendly game of knockout before members make their way to Studio A for full body training.

TRX (Total Resistant Training) focuses primarily on core conditioning improving strength, balance, flexibility and core stability through continually moving suspension exercises. This class is for all fitness levels and ages.

Zumba® is a high-intensity, full-body, “feel happy” workout with Latin music and flair. Move to the music and get in shape before you know it! No dance experience is necessary as the instructor breaks down all the moves.

Age Is the Rage being a functional fitness class that focuses on becoming stronger and more balanced by keeping the body active and thriving while having fun.
