Intensive Care Unit

The Intensive Care Unit has been designed to provide the care and treatment needed for any patient requiring constant nursing observation. The unit has the ability to monitor 4 critically ill patients.

Nurses at Bayou Bend Health System are trained to provide this level of care. An entire team of professionals are dedicated to the comprehensive care of each patient — from the patient’s personal physician, specialists, nurses, social service personnel, dieticians, pharmacists, and discharge planning personnel.
