OUR HISTORY
For more than half a century, Bayou Bend Health System has served the healthcare needs of western St. Mary Parish. Through the years, we have continued to grow and expand our services to meet today’s healthcare challenges.
Construction began on December 2, 2005, on a new 22–bed Critical Access Hospital. This 65,000 square-foot building is located on the corner of Northwest Boulevard and Chatsworth Road in Franklin, Louisiana. This new state-of-the-art facility and Bayou Bend Health System Employees and Physicians are serving the community with the technology and care St. Mary Parish residents have come to expect.
