  • AQUABATA

    This water tabata class will feature multiple rounds of interval training to increase cardiovascular health and build strength.

  • AQUA GYM

    Aqua Gym is the performance of aerobic and strength exercise in shallow water in the pool. The class is done mostly vertically and without swimming, typically in waist to chest deep water. Aqua Gym is a type of resistance training, using water as the source of resistance. Water aerobics is a form of aerobics that requires participants to be immersed in the water. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.

  • BODY TUNING

    Body Tuning will offer a fabulous core workout to not only tone but enhance daily living. You will build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

  • CHAIR YOGA

    This gentle yoga is perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. This class will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises to stretch and strengthen the body is a gentle atmosphere of ease and calm.

  • CYCLE EXPRESS

    In Cycle Express, hop on the bike for 30 minutes! Feel the music! Experience sprints, hill climbs, jumps and more. You can ride at your own pace. Work to attain specific objectives including weight loss, improved muscle tone and strength, as well as boosting your cardiovascular system. Most importantly, have fun and let go of the stress from your day! If you are new to Cycle, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to be fitted on the bike.

  • FIERCE

    Fierce is a martial art inspired workout. Punch and kick combos are sure to supply you with a great calorie burn. Learn moves frommany disciplines and release stress. Bring your best warrior spirit and leave inhibitions at the door.

  • FOREVER YOUNG

    Forever Young classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, resistance training, and toning with plenty of friendly fun.

  • H2O

    H20 is a full body interactive aquatic class.  Splish Splash your way to a new fitness passion.  You WILL get wet!

  • HI-LO HUSTLE

    In HiLo Hustle class, you will Increase your stamina and burn calories during this fun and energizing workout with exercises that can be both high impact or low impact depending on your level.  Then take it down low and slow using mind to muscle as we strengthen and stretch into an improved posture, increased range of motion and enhanced fluid mobility.

  • HIIT AQUA

    Do you want a little higher intensity in the water?  Take this HIIT water class.  Complete cardio and strength exercises that will elevate your heart rate.  All fitness levels welcome!  

  • IGNITE

  • IGNITE EXPRESS

    Ignite Express is a form of interval training alternating periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.

  • KIDS FIT

    Kids Fit is an organized fitness workout lead by certified youth fitness instructors.  Kids participate in warm-ups, fitness moves, games, and yoga/mindfulness practice that will make fitness fun! If your child is more than 10 minutes late to class, they will need to be booked into Kids Club instead of Kids Fit.  

  • LIFT THE BAR

    Lift the Bar is a full body weighted workout. Use barbells  and dumbbells of light to medium weight to burn fat and build muscle.

  • LINE DANCING

    What a fun way to burn calories!   Join us to learn and to dance to popular line dances.  

  • LIQUID BARRE

    Bayou Step is an innovative high intensity fitness workout that marries step aerobics with the soulful rhythms and moves of the Bayou State. It’s more than just a workout; it's a celebration, set to a soundtrack that pulses with the life of the region. This program stands out for its blend of traditional aerobics with the distinctive flair of Bayou dance styles, creating a fitness experience.

  • METABOLIC MAYHEM

    A total body (aerobic and strength) interval training workout. Integrating quick bursts of peak effort utilizing cardio and strength segments with short recoveries, this 35-minute class will provide an effective workout and a guaranteed sweat. Scalable for multi-levels. Will need to transition between floor to standing.

  • MOVE IT!

    MOVE IT is a cardio dance class that will make you move and groove!

  • MOVE.LAUGH.CONNECT – (MLC)

    Enhance your fitness and brain health in MLC. This balance program for total well-being addresses one’s physical, emotional, and social dimensions in a group setting. Participants experience a variety of exercises to preserve functionality, embrace humor and actively engage with fellow classmates in a safe, relaxing environment.

  • POUND

  • SCUPLT & BURN

    Grab weights and let us sculpt and tone muscles during a 45-minute Sculpt & Burn class. This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands to build a strong body to achieve fitness goals.

  • SIT FIT

    Sit and Get Fit with this total body low impact chair workout that strengthens both body and mind.  Chair exercises can also be great for stretching after workouts.  All fitness levels welcome.

  • SOULFLOW

  • UNHINGED

  • UNDERGROUND FITNESS

    Looking for a fun way to boost your mental health, confidence, and self-esteem as you overcome physical obstacles? Underground Fitness is a class that combines cardio, strength, and speed exercises that will increase both your stamina and strength. Every class involves various exercises with the goal of overall functional fitness. All exercise levels welcome.

  • UPLIFT

    This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, bars and resistance bands to build a strong body in order to achieve your fitness goals. 

  • VIRTUAL CYCLE

    With the guidance of a virtual trainer, hop on a cycle to train like a road bike racer while having fun and discover how easy it is to keep fit or improve your sports performance. Through this class you will easily attain specific objectives, including weight loss, improved muscle tone and strength, as well as boosting the cardiovascular system. PLEASE NOTE—virtual classes will vary in length.

  • YOGA FLOW

    Deepen or grow your understanding of the yoga asana/postures and basic alignment in the body. These classes will challenge your strength and flexibility as you move more slowly with more static posture holds with emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation. The class will end with guided meditation and/or breathwork.

  • 5000

    Get up and  move!  In the class. you will accumulate at least 5000 steps.  There will be a mix of cardio, strength, dance to the beat of fun energetic music.  All fitness levels welcome!

  • 5000 EXPRESS

    A 30 minute version of 5000. You will accumulate upwards of 3000 steps.  There will be a mix of cardio, strength, dance to the beat of fun energetic music.  All fitness levels welcome!
