ABSolute Glutes will focus on core and lower body to help strengthen the core and build the lower body. From resistance training to band and mat work, you are sure to achieve an hourglass figure.
Aqua Gym is the performance of aerobic and strength exercise in shallow water in the pool. The class is done mostly vertically and without swimming, typically in waist to chest deep water. Aqua Gym is a type of resistance training, using water as the source of resistance. Water aerobics is a form of aerobics that requires participants to be immersed in the water. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
Barre Fusion is a low impact, high intensity workout. Barre Fusion exercises consist of a mixture of Pilates, ballet and yoga which aim to break down muscle and build up strength. No dancing background is needed for this class.
Bayou Bounce is an innovative high intensity fitness workout that marries aerobics with the soulful rhythms and moves of the Bayou State. It’s more than just a workout; it's a celebration, set to a soundtrack that pulses with the life of the region. This program stands out for its blend of traditional aerobics with the distinctive flair of Bayou dance styles, creating a fitness experience.

Body Renewal is a calm, low intensity workout. The workout will include stability moves, stretching, band work, and mat work.
Body Tuning will offer a fabulous core workout to not only tone but enhance daily living. You will build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
Cardio Weights combines strength moves using a variety of equipment (weights, bands, body weight) and cardio moves. This workout is an exciting range of building muscle while also improving your cardiovascular fitness.
This gentle yoga is perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. This class will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises to stretch and strengthen the body is a gentle atmosphere of ease and calm.
In Cycle Express, hop on the bike for 30 minutes! Feel the music! Experience sprints, hill climbs, jumps and more. You can ride at your own pace. Work to attain specific objectives including weight loss, improved muscle tone and strength, as well as boosting your cardiovascular system. Most importantly, have fun and let go of the stress from your day! If you are new to Cycle, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to be fitted on the bike.
Cyclepath is a 45-minute no-impact way to improve aerobic fitness and lose body fat. Infused with music and motivation, the class takes the rider on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. The workout is designed to build cardio endurance by maintaining the riders heart rate at an aerobic training base with peaks of intensity. No cycle experience needed, just have fun. If you are new to Cycle, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to be fitted on the bike.

Fit & Fab is a workout class that includes dance moves, games, and light resistance training to provide a creative fun way to exercise.
Forever Young classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, resistance training, and toning with plenty of friendly fun.
H20 is a full body interactive aquatic class. Splish Splash your way to a new fitness passion. You WILL get wet!
Deepen or grow your understanding of the yoga asana/postures and basic alignment in the body. These classes will challenge your strength and flexibility as you move more slowly with more static posture holds with emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation. The class will end with guided meditation and/or breathwork.
In HiLo Hustle class, you will Increase your stamina and burn calories during this fun and energizing workout with exercises that can be both high impact or low impact depending on your level. Then take it down low and slow using mind to muscle as we strengthen and stretch into an improved posture, increased range of motion and enhanced fluid mobility.
Ignite Express is a form of interval training alternating periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.
Lift the Bar is a full body weighted workout. Use barbells OR dumbbells to burn fat and build muscle.

MOVE IT is a cardio dance class that will make you move and groove!
Powerhouse Plus is a relaxed system of stretching and strengthening. You will gain toned muscles, improved posture, greater flexibility, mobility, and balance. Use the power of your mind with visual imagery to control your body.
This class will include moderate to high intensity training. Participate in circuits and drills using various equipment. You are sure to find your inner athlete in Power Hour.
Engage in low impact exercises that focus on mobility to help your body recover from workouts.
Grab weights and let us sculpt and tone muscles during a 45-minute Sculpt & Burn class. This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands to build a strong body to achieve fitness goals.
Step and tone classes are an easy to follow cardio and weights workout using a step (or can be done on floor). Burn calories and strengthen and tone muscles in the entire body. This routine will help train your heart, lungs, bones, muscles, and much more.
This workout will use weights and body weight and may incorporate an aerobic step. Burn fat, increase endurance, build muscle. You are sure to work on your abs too!
Swan is a ballet workout class using true structure from ballet movements.
Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements, a meditative state of mind and controlled breathing with benefits to mental and physical health.
Tone It is a toning class with or without weights. It is up to you!
With the guidance of a virtual trainer, hop on a cycle to train like a road bike racer while having fun and discover how easy it is to keep fit or improve your sports performance. Through this class you will easily attain specific objectives, including weight loss, improved muscle tone and strength, as well as boosting the cardiovascular system. PLEASE NOTE—virtual classes will vary in length.
Get up and move! In this class. you will accumulate at least 5000 steps. There will be a mix of cardio, strength, dance to the beat of fun energetic music. All fitness levels welcome!
