FAQ 1: What is the New Year 2024 Transformation Challenge?
The New Year 2024 Transformation Challenge is designed to help you reach fitness goals without quick fixes, strict meal plans, or cookie cutter advice. Learn how to track your nutrition either on pen and paper or through My Fitness Pal app. You choose what works best for you. This challenge will keep you accountable to workouts. This program will include a wealth of education about your overall health and wellness. You will have support and guidance from us during your journey. Lifetime access to all the resources will be provided. This challenge focuses on HEALTH that translates far beyond just immediate results. It’s about being INTENTIONAL and PURPOSEFUL with healthy habits.
FAQ 2: Are meal plans and workouts included?
We are all individuals with different needs and goals. The same meal plan given to everyone may stifle individual results. HOWEVER, there will be sample meals and a grocery list which includes a variety of choices for healthy foods. You will also receive a Recipe Book to provide ideas for nutritious meals and snacks.
There will be three to five required weekly workouts as part of the challenge. We will maintain a log and record your weekly workouts. Members and Non-members (during the challenge) have access to Bayou Bend fitness classes. Your workouts can also consist of fitness floor use (machines and free weights) and/or working out on your own.
