WELLNESS TRACKS

Powered by Cooper Aerobics

WELLNESS TRACKS is an 8-week exercise and education program developed by Cooper Aerobics to help prevent and manage chronic disease. These programs give participants the opportunity to learn how lifestyle modifications can positively affect their well-being and specific health conditions.


The eight-week programming includes:

  • Eight weeks; 16 small group exercise/education sessions (two/week)
  • Individualized exercise in a group setting, led by a certified professional fitness trainer
  • Comprehensive health education on topics related to chronic disease, nutrition, healthy lifestyle and stress management
  • Pre-and post-program health assessments
  • Social support and accountability
  • Exercise tracking tools


Well-Being Track:

Ideal for adults diagnosed with:

  • Desire to follow a preventive approach to health
  • Deconditioned or sedentary
  • Inconsistent with regular exercise
  • Individuals transitioning to-or-from a medically supervised program


Cardiovascular Track:

Ideal for adults diagnosed with:

  • Stable cardiovascular disease
  • Diagnosed with cardiovascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity.
  • Completed cardiac rehabilitation or do not qualify for cardiac rehabilitation


Diabetes Track:

Active with Diabetes is ideal for adults diagnosed with:

  • Pre-diabetes
  • Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.


Arthritis Track:

Active with Arthritis is ideal for adults diagnosed with:

  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Other inflammatory joint or arthritic conditions
